A week of race nights at Flamboro
This page lays out a typical week at Elements Casino Flamboro, beside the Flamboro Downs harness track. Each night shows the casino's listed hours and whether racing usually runs, with its 6:25 p.m. post time. Race dates change, so the track's calendar still has the final word.
Part 1
Reading the week table
Each row in the table stands for one night, not one calendar day. A closing time after midnight belongs to the night it started. So Saturday's 3 a.m. close actually lands in the early hours of Sunday. Sunday's 1 a.m. close works the same way and falls on Monday morning.
The live line on this page uses Ontario time. Readers checking from another time zone should adjust before planning the evening.

Part 2
Race nights in plain terms
Live harness racing returned to Flamboro Downs on Sunday, September 6, 2026, after a summer break. For the rest of the year, racing usually runs Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The exception is the last two Thursdays in December. Post time is 6:25 p.m.
Cards do get cancelled. On Sunday, March 15, 2026, the track called off its live program because of unsafe track conditions. A full race calendar was not available to this guide, and dates can shift. Check the calendar before setting out.
For a race fan with a free Monday or Friday, Woodbine Mohawk Park races standardbreds five nights a week. Its race nights are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with a usual 6:30 p.m. ET post.
Part 3
Planning notes for a race night
- Check the race calendar the same week, since a card can be cancelled or moved.
- The casino opens at 11 a.m., hours before the 6:25 p.m. post, so an early arrival means a long wait for the first race.
- Decide a spending limit and a leave time before walking in, and keep both. Entry is 19+, and ConnexOntario offers free, confidential help 24/7 at 1-866-531-2600.
- Plan the ride home before the first race goes off, not after the last one.

Questions
Why does Friday show a 3 a.m. close?
Elements Casino Flamboro lists Friday and Saturday hours running from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. each night. The listed close from Sunday to Thursday is earlier, at 1 a.m. on those nights. Friday's late close therefore falls in the early hours of Saturday.
Are holiday hours included in the table?
No, the table shows only the regular hours the casino lists. Holiday hours can differ, so check the venue's own page before a holiday visit.
